Refund Policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
